If you are under the age of 18 (or the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you are strictly prohibited from creating a user account, executing any payment transactions, or submitting any personal data, prompt requests, text inputs, or analytical digital files to the Service infrastructure. 2. Nature of the service & eu ai act compliance The Company operates an online software aggregation interface that routes user queries to independent third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure networks and large language or diffusion model developers via secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The Service acts strictly as an administrative and computational conduit between the user interface and downstream infrastructure providers. EU AI ACT TRANSPARENCY DISCLOSURE: In strict compliance with Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), the Company explicitly informs you that all text, images, code scripts, tabular datasets, documents, and structural outputs generated through this Service are created automatically by artificial intelligence algorithms, neural networks, and generative machine learning systems. The Service does not generate, fact-check, or produce human-authored editorial or journalistic content. By interacting with the Service, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and confirm your full awareness that you are interacting directly with an artificial intelligence system, and you agree to evaluate all machine-generated outputs at your own professional discretion. 3. Subscriptions, fees, and payments 3.1. Hybrid Billing Architecture Access to specialized features, high-tier aggregated artificial intelligence models, and distinct workspace layouts requires the purchase of a pre-paid computational package (each, a "Subscription Plan"). The fees, technical parameters, interface availability timeframes, and included computational credit allocations known as "IQBID Tokens" applicable to each Subscription Plan are explicitly and transparently displayed on the Company's check-out and payment interface. IQBID Tokens represent exclusively internal, proprietary, non-crypto technical metrics used solely to calculate data throughput, API execution costs, and server bandwidth consumption within the Service interface; they possess absolutely zero cash value, do not constitute virtual currencies, and remain strictly non-redeemable or non-transferable. All billing transactions initiated by users residing within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) are securely routed and processed through authorized third-party infrastructure payment processors and European banking partners (collectively, "Payment Processors"). To prevent unauthorized or fraudulent billing disputes, Users within the European Union and European Economic Area explicitly agree and are contractually mandated to contact our specialized billing operations department directly at billing@iqbid.ai to resolve any payment discrepancies, transactional latencies, multi-currency conversion errors, or pricing misunderstandings prior to initiating any formal chargeback requests, payment reversals, or dispute frameworks with their card-issuing bank, credit card networks, or financial institutions. 3.2. Pre-Paid Non-Recurring Transactions and Token Carried-Over Policy (a) Pre-Paid Access Only: The Service operates strictly on a one-time, pre-paid basis. The Service does not utilize, implement, or support automatic account renewals, recurring billings, or latent subscriptions. (b) Interface Expiration vs. Token Preservation: Purchasing a Subscription Plan grants you a time-limited contractual right to access specific software functionalities (e.g., advanced file processing tools or specialized routing suites) for a fixed calendar duration (e.g., 30 calendar days). Upon the expiration of this pre-paid duration, access to the specific software tier will automatically lock. However, any unused, unspent computational credits included within that plan (the "IQBID Tokens") shall never expire and will not be forfeited at the end of the billing period. All remaining IQBID Tokens are safely carried over to your global account balance and remain completely accessible for future data execution cycles or within other integrated software applications across the Company’s infrastructure ecosystem. (c) Regulatory Status of IQBID Tokens (MiCA Compliance): IQBID Tokens represent exclusively internal, proprietary, non-crypto technical metrics used solely to calculate data throughput, API execution costs, and server bandwidth consumption within the Service interface. In strict compliance with the European Union Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, "MiCA"), IQBID Tokens do not constitute, mirror, or approximate any form of asset-referenced tokens, electronic money tokens, crypto-assets, virtual currencies, stablecoins, digital securities, or investment assets. IQBID Tokens possess absolutely zero cash value, are completely non-transferable between separate user accounts, and are strictly non-redeemable for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any real-world financial assets. 3.3.
