How do I become a managing investor?

During the initial placement of IQBIDGT, the following conditions apply:

  • Minimum purchase volume – 0.5 IQBIDGT.
  • The volume of IQBIDGT available for acquisition by a new co-owner is determined collectively through an electronic voting system of the co-owners. 
  • The cost of IQBIDGT is determined by an automated market maker depending on supply and demand. 
  • Total supply = 100 IQBIDGT
  • Initial liquidity value  = 120,000 USDT.
  • Voting power for DAO management = % share of IQBIDGT ownership of the total supply. 
  • Voting quorum = 51%
  • Individuals can be DAO participants.

After the completion of the initial placement stage of IQBIDGT, new conditions for the redistribution of management tokens among the co-owners of IQBID will be formed collectively and through an electronic voting system.

Dividends from the DAO tokenomics are paid to DAO members proportionally to the % share of IQBIDGT ownership of the total supply. The frequency of dividend payments is set  by the co-owners of IQBID collectively and through an electronic voting system.

IQBIDGT owners can sell their tokens to other owners according to the priority buyout rules:

  • 1st priority goes to existing IQBIDGT owners.
  • 2nd priority goes to IQBID DAO.
  • 3rd priority goes to new partners.
