IQBID Helios Limited (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated and registered under the laws of the Republic of Seychelles with international business company registration number 252002 and having its registered office at Suite 9, Ansuya Estate, Royal Street, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles, operates as the definitive Data Controller for users accessing the Service outside the territories of the United States and the European Union / European Economic Area (collectively, the "Rest of the World" or "RoW" region).

This Global Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal identifiers, transactional metrics, and technical data when you interact with our artificial intelligence (AI) model aggregation platform, website, user interface, and associated applications (the "Service").

1. Data collection and routing

The Company implements explicit operational frameworks to collect, process, and securely route user metrics, transactional histories, and telemetry metadata.

1.1. Categories of Collected Information

We collectcapture yourand process the following specific categories of data:

    Account Identifiers: Your digital email identifier,address, automated user profile identification number (UID), registration logs,timestamps, IPand encrypted login access logs. Technical Telemetry: Network Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system parameters, browser engine fingerprints, and programmatic interaction timestamps. Commercial and Balance Telemetry: Logs of billing interactions, selected payment currencies, transaction metadatasuccess metrics, and unique financial confirmation numbers synchronized with our Payment Processors. This category strictly encompasses records regarding your acquired Subscription Plans and active utilization, consumption, or carry-over balance of IQBID Tokens. Strict Cardholder Data Disclaimer: The Company strictly complies with international PCI DSS standards. We do not collect, capture, view, intercept, or store raw payment card numbers, expiration dates, or card security codes (CVV/CVC). All financial credentials are input directly into, and processed exclusively by, our authorized secure third-party financial infrastructure partners ("Payment Processors").
    1.2. Infrastructure API Routing

    To fulfill your computationcomputational requests,data generation requests and execute advanced workspace prompts, the system converts your text promptsprompts, structured questions, and uploaded multi-format files are("User Content") into secure API payloads. This payload data is automatically routed via secureend-to-end APIsencrypted backend channels to international AIartificial intelligence infrastructure providers and downstream suppliers (such as OpenAI, LLC and Google LLC) acting as corporate Sub-processors)processors located in the United States and other global regions.cloud operational zones.

    The Company reservesperiodically theoptimizes, rightfine-tunes, toand utilizeenhances its proprietary software routing algorithms and operational machine learning layers utilizing anonymized or de-identified variationstechnical ofinteraction user-submittedmetrics.

You can manage your preferences directly inside your digital User Dashboard under the "Data Controls" atand privacy preferences panel, or by submitting a formal written request via electronic mail to our data operations team at: privacy@iqbid.ai.

    2.2. Protection of Financial and Balance Standing

    The Company explicitly guarantees that exercising your right to opt out of machine learning data training will not result in any time.adverse consequences, account limitations, or technological degradation of core system functionalities. Furthermore, opting out will cause absolutely zero alterations or reductions to your active financial standing, including your currently running Subscription Plan tier limits or your permanent, non-expiring carry-over IQBID Tokens balance.

    3. Data retention

    User account credentials and payment references are retained for as long as the account exists. Submitted prompts and uploaded assets are securely cached to enable your active interface history view and are permanently deleted from our servers ninety (90) calendar days following generation.
