They explicitly do not constitute virtual currencies, crypto-assets, digital utilities, stablecoins, digital securities, or investment instruments, possessing zero cash value and remaining entirely non-transferable or non-redeemable for fiat or crypto..

  • Strict Cardholder Data Disclaimer: The Company strictly complies with international PCI DSS standards. We do not collect, capture, view, intercept, or store raw payment card numbers, expiration dates, or card security codes (CVV/CVC). All financial credentials are input directly into, and processed exclusively by, our authorized secure third-party financial infrastructure partners ("Payment Processors").

To fulfill your computational data generation requests andrequests, execute advanced workspace prompts, synthesize media assets, or deploy landing configurations, the system automatically converts your text prompts, structured questions, programmatic scripts, and uploaded multi-format files transmitted via iqbid.io, iqbid.ai, wallet.iqbid.io, files.iqbid.io, video.iqbid.ai, iqbid.site, or proofer.site ("User Content") into securesecure, aggregated API payloads. This payload data is automatically routed via end-to-end encrypted backend server-to-server channels to international artificial intelligence infrastructure providers and downstream suppliers (such as OpenAI, LLC and Google LLC) acting as corporate Sub-processors located in the United States and other global cloud operational zones.zones solely for real-time computational execution and response delivery.

2. Data use for machine learning and AI training

The Company periodically optimizes, fine-tunes, and enhances its proprietary software routing algorithms and operational machine learning layers utilizing anonymized or de-identified technical interaction metrics.

2.1. User Control Panel and Opt-Out Rights

You maintain absolute personal authority over your digital content history. If you do not wish your text prompts, structured queries, or multi-format interaction logs ("User Content") to be utilized for technical model improvement or algorithmic tuning, you possess the right to disable this processing activity instantly and at any time. You can manage your preferences directly inside your digital User Dashboard under the "Data Controls" and privacy preferences panel, or by submitting a formal written request via electronic mail to our data operations team at: privacy@iqbid.ai.

2.2. Protection of Financial and Balance Standing

The Company explicitly guarantees that exercising your right to opt out of machine learning data training will not result in any adverse consequences, account limitations, or technological degradation of core system functionalities. Furthermore, opting out will cause absolutely zero alterations or reductions to your active financial standing, including your currently running Subscription Plan tier limitslimits, Standalone Computational Packs configurations, or your permanent, non-expiring carry-over IQBID TokensCredits balance.balance.

2.3. Special Disclosures Regarding Health Data (Global Compliance)

To the extent that you voluntarily submit text prompts, structured queries, programmatic scripts, or multi-format digital files to the Service interface (including files.iqbid.io) that contain potential health-related information, medical symptoms, or biological identifiers, such metrics are processed strictly upon your explicit, affirmative, and unambiguous consent executed during account registration. All processing of potential health data is strictly volatile and limited to automated software routing. The Company explicitly guarantees that under no circumstances shall any health-related data elements, prompt logs, or uploaded files be utilized for internal machine learning induction, deep learning algorithmic training, or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence systems. Any files or text contexts containing potential health information are cached temporarily using automated encryption keys and are permanently overwritten or completely anonymized within ninety (90) calendar days of submission, unless manually deleted earlier by the user. You maintain the absolute right to revoke this processing consent at any time by contacting our team at privacy@iqbid.ai, which will trigger the immediate erasure of associated logs without impacting your active account standing or your accrued IQBID Credits balance.

3. Data retention and storage timelines

The Company applies strict operational retention schedules to ensure that user data is never kept longer than required for its explicit processing frameworks:

3.1. Account Data and Transactional Metrics

Your account identifiers, profile credentials, access logs, and financial transaction references are securely retained in our databases for as long as your user account remains active, or for the duration strictly necessary to deliver your permanent computational limits, manage account standings, and satisfy the statutory financial auditing, tax reporting, and anti-fraud accounting requirements mandated by international regulations and our partner Payment Processors.Processors. To manage operational cloud engineering overhead, maintain low interface latency, and protect your privacy, all User Content (text prompts, query strings, and uploaded multi-format files)files processed via files.iqbid.io) along with machine-generated Outputs (including records from video.iqbid.ai, iqbid.site, and proofer.site) are securely cached in an encrypted state on our routing servers. This temporary cache is maintained solely to enable your active interface history view and continuous workspace retrieval. All cached data assets are automatically, definitely, and permanently deleted and overwritten within our server logs exactly ninety (90) calendar days from the date of initial generation, unless you manually execute a command to purge your chat history panel earlier via your user dashboard interface.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Effective Date

(a) Effective Version and Current Status: This Privacy Policy is effective, active, and legally binding upon users as of the "EffectiveLast Date"Updated" date indicated at the top of this document. Any interactions, system data processing, session caching, or transactional histories executed on the Service (including all actions within wallet.iqbid.io and files.iqbid.io) are governed strictly by the specific version of the Privacy Policy active on the precise calendar date of such interaction.
